Strategic Plan (2005-2010)
The 2005 Strategic Planning project created a cohesive, working plan that WorkSource staff and Board could use to guide the organization over the next five years. The diagram below shows the relationships used in the creation of this plan, and the connections between mission, values, vision and, ultimately, strategy.

2-year Plan
Every 2 years WorkSource is required to modify and update their Workforce Services Plan. This plan is required under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and includes strategies for how WorkSource will provide comprehensive services through the programs we offer. Once approved, the document will become part of the State of Florida Workforce Investment Plan 2011-2012. Comments about the plan will be accepted through 11 AM on September 30, 2011. WorkSource 2 Year Plan - Draft 2011
WorkSource's Comprehensive 2-Year Plan provides a demand-driven workforce strategy for the delivery of services under WIA (Workforce Investment Act), Wagner-Peyser, and TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families).

- An assessment of workforce needs
- How we are structured
- A look at the career services system & services we provide
- Our performance goals
- How we work with downsizing companies to provide training & employment services to their workers
